Dear Bondholders,

One Square Advisory Services S.à r.l. has been elected as joint representative of the two bonds 2015/2020 (ISIN DE000A161Y52 / WKN A161Y5) and 2019/2024 (ISIN DE000A2TSEB6 / WKN A2TSEB ) of Joh. Friedrich Behrens AG. The administration of the insolvent Joh. Friedrich Behrens AG has carried out a partial distribution of the established claims. All creditors whose claims were examined and determined at the court hearing on March 2, 2021 will participate in the partial distribution. All claims of the creditors of both bonds have been filed by us with the court in due time and have also been confirmed. As joint representative, we will arrange for payment to the bondholders. This action is necessary because the administration has indications that certain bond claims are subject to subordination. In order to rule this out, a detailed examination of the individual claims of the bondholders is necessary. Please first register for this using the registration form provided.
