Dear bondholders,

G&P GmbH & Co. KG is joint representative of the bond 2011/2016 (ISIN DE000A1H3HQ1 / WKN A1H3HQ) of SiC Processing GmbH.

In consultation with the creditors’ committee, the insolvency administrator, attorney Christopher Seagon, has carried out a partial distribution of the claims established in the insolvency table.

All creditors whose claims were examined and determined at the court hearing on April 17, 2013 will participate in the partial distribution. All claims of the creditors of the 2011/2016 bond were filed by us with the court in good time and also confirmed.

In order to rule out the possibility of payments flowing to subordinated creditors by way of partial distribution, the joint representative G&P GmbH & Co. KG will initiate a review of the individual claims of the bondholders and then arrange for the payment of the bond 2011/2016 (ISIN DE000A1H3HQ1 / WKN A1H3HQ) to the bondholders. One Square acts on behalf of the joint representative G&P GmbH & Co. KG as settlement agent.
